The Accelerating Product Value course is for anyone on the look out of learning practical techniques to manage workflow and reduce risks allowing for a quick adaptation to customer feedback and closer alignment to their needs. This three half-day course will give you an in-depth introduction to improving your team’s effectiveness by applying Kanban flow principles.

About the Trainer – Matthew Croker

I’m Matthew Croker, your tutor! In 2015, I shifted gears from Software Developer to Scrum Master, navigating through roles like Scrum Master, Staff Engineer, Agile Coach, and currently, a Team Process and Data Freelance Coach. My mission revolves around instilling habits for continuous improvement, prioritizing efficiency, predictability, and effectiveness. Alongside, I’ve embarked on side projects, crafting workshop techniques for decision-making and tools for forecasting and flow analysis.

I am based in the island of Malta (EU), and I look forward to hosting you in my remote workshops.
