About the Trainer – Matthew Croker

I’m Matthew Croker, your tutor! In 2015, I shifted gears from Software Developer to Scrum Master, navigating through roles like Scrum Master, Staff Engineer, Agile Coach, and currently, a Team Process and Data Freelance Coach. My mission revolves around instilling habits for continuous improvement, prioritizing efficiency, predictability, and effectiveness. Alongside, I’ve embarked on side projects, crafting workshop techniques for decision-making and tools for forecasting and flow analysis.
